Our pre-move Surveyors identify and carefully plan for all personal requirements. They assess the precise volume and nature of household goods and personal effects and talk through any particular concerns or specialised requirements that the mover may have. They explain every procedure, including insurance, immigration, customs clearance and packing. Taking into account the full circumstances surrounding the move, they recommend the most time and cost effective mode of transport. Once every factor has been taken into consideration, our Surveyors set out the overall time-plan and hand over to a dedicated Move Coordinator who will provide constant guidance and monitoring throughout the process.
